TAUPO CLAY TARGET CLUB
Dale Clark started his clay target shooting apprenticeship in Taupo approximately twenty years ago. Now resident in Kaukapakapa he returned to the Taupo Clay Target Club's grounds, Centennial Drive last weekend to win the high overall in the Kilwell North Island Sporting Clay Championships with a score of 91/100.
Two Canadian visitors were also amongst the 114 strong field of competitors from around New Zealand. The weather conditions were perfect for this 100 target event. I will try and get a full list of scores to post at a later date.
